Wetenschapsdag 2024

Hundreds of happy faces, a lovely autumn sunshine, super-interesting (and above all fun) activities, satisfied researchers and teachers and a ‘sold-out’ house for Mad Science's show ‘Chemical bangs’. What a busy and, above all, fun Science Day it was at the Joint Research Centre Zeeland in Middelburg. Researchers and teachers from HZ University of Applied Sciences, Scalda and University College Roosevelt (UCR) introduced children and their parents to their work through fun activities.

The JRCZ organised the day for the second time during the Weekend of Science in collaboration with ZB Library of Zeeland. The library also introduced many hundreds of children to science in a fun way.
